The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with difficult requests. The location right across from the train station was perfect for our trip to Metupalyam and Ooty. The room was clean and the AC worked well. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, and the hotel restaurant stayed open until late at night. Cellar car parking was available, providing convenience and peace of mind.

This hotel is an absolute gem! It is located just opposite the railway station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The staff is friendly and courteous, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are beautifully designed with attention to detail, featuring stunning 2x2 tiles with a wooden finish. And the breakfast provided is simply delicious! The hotel offers great value for money, making it a perfect choice for budget-conscious travelers. I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel.
